1. Operator
BusinessDash is a service operated by We make AI work s.r.o., IČO 29697115, registered office: Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, file no. C 152497 (the "Operator", "we"). Contact: support@businessdash.eu · https://businessdash.eu
"BusinessDash" is a product name (obchodní označení) of the Operator; all contracts under these Terms are concluded with We make AI work s.r.o.
2. Scope
These Terms govern the use of BusinessDash at businessdash.eu and its related applications. By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. The service — what BusinessDash is
BusinessDash is the account layer of the We make AI work business suite: one company account that opens the suite's modules. Each module is a separate service with its own address, its own database and its own terms; the first is AccountingDash (bookkeeping, accountingdash.eu).
(a) What it does. You join by signing up — you give your address and your organisation's name, follow the link we mail you and create a passkey on your device — or by invitation from an organisation's owner, accepted the same way. There is no password. Once your account exists you may also sign in with Google, with the Google account of the same, verified address; Google then learns that you signed in here (Privacy Policy §3). You then belong to one or more organisations, each membership with a role (owner, administrator or member). When you open a module, BusinessDash tells that module who you are, which organisation you are acting for and which modules that organisation has; what you may do inside the module is the module's own decision. If you lose every passkey, a one-time link sent to your address lets you add a new one.
(b) Free. The BusinessDash account is free: signing in, your organisations, your memberships.
(c) Paid products. Nothing is sold on businessdash.eu itself; there is no checkout here. A paid module states its price, VAT status, duration and renewal on its own pages and in its terms before you pay.
(d) Refunds. Nothing is charged here, so nothing is refunded here.
(e) Rules. One person, one account. The owner of an organisation is responsible for whom they let in. This is a business tool: using it for a company, you confirm you may act for that company. To close your account, use “Close your account” on your account page — after confirming with your passkey — or write to support@businessdash.eu: we erase you from BusinessDash and from every module (Privacy Policy §5). Before the page erases you, it offers each module's download of your organisation's data. The last owner of an organisation that still has members hands ownership over first.
(f) Deleting an organisation. An owner can delete the whole organisation from the account page (confirmed with the passkey). The deletion is scheduled 30 days ahead; until then any owner can cancel it, every member sees the date on their account page and the owners are reminded by email a week and a day before. On the date, nobody can sign in to the organisation any more and each module deletes ALL of the organisation's data — in AccountingDash the invoices and credit notes it issued included — and we keep no copy. Keeping its tax and accounting records for the period the law sets is the organisation's own duty, so download the data first: each module offers it, and the deletion page and the reminders link to it.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at the point of purchase in the displayed currency. Payment is processed by Mollie; we do not store card numbers. The Operator is not VAT-registered; prices are final unless stated otherwise. Pricing changes never affect already-paid periods and are announced in an update to these Terms (see §9).
5. Digital content and your EU withdrawal right
For one-off digital content delivered immediately (e.g. passes, unlocks): by purchasing you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (§ 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code / Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). For subscriptions: you may cancel any time with effect from the end of the paid period.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, scrape or resell the service, no circumvention of access or payment controls. We may suspend accounts that materially breach these Terms; where feasible we warn first.
7. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for interruptions outside our control; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law (incl. towards consumers, § 2898 Civil Code).
8. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the separate Privacy Policy at https://businessdash.eu/privacy. Summary: we collect the minimum needed (portfolio rule: minimise → hash → encrypt), we do not sell data, and you have all GDPR rights.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, pricing or law changes. The current version, its number and effective date are always at https://businessdash.eu/terms; material changes to a running subscription are notified in advance and give you the right to cancel before they take effect.
10. Governing law, disputes, ADR
Czech law governs. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence (Art. 6 Rome I). Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), https://adr.coi.cz, or the EU ODR platform https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
